2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
2.1 Deposit Rules
To deposit funds into your kcu9 account, we support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Minimum deposit amount: The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200.
Deposited funds must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.
2.2 Withdrawal Rules
Minimum withdrawal amount: The minimum withdrawal for each method is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3. Bonus and Promotion Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
kcu9 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new players.
Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 10 times (10x) the bonus amount.
Example: If you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive ৳2,000 as a bonus. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 (2,000 × 10).
3.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.
- The applicable minimum deposit amount must be met to receive a bonus.
- Bonuses are only for players who are registering for the first time and have a single active account.
- kcu9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- In cases of fraud or bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 VIP Program Terms
kcu9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Tier advancement depends on your playing pattern and activity on the platform.
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
VIP cashback is credited directly to your account and may be subject to its own wagering requirements.
4. Gameplay and Fair Play
4.1 Game Rules

4.2 Technical Errors
